The partnership was formalized with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), setting the stage for impactful collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The MoU was signed by Mr. Mwila Chilakata, Executive Director of JA Zambia, and Ms. Namunyuka Jere on behalf of the LuSE CEO. Students from ZCAS University and the University of Zambia (UNZA) were present at the ceremony\u2014young leaders who stand to benefit directly from this new alliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What the Partnership Entails<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This partnership will focus on several areas designed to equip students with practical knowledge and real-world exposure, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Training Programs<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> Focused sessions on personal finance, investment, and capital markets for high school and university students.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Student Exposure Visits<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> Opportunities for students to visit LuSE and gain firsthand insights into how Zambia\u2019s securities market operates.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Guest Lectures and Mentorship<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> Industry professionals from LuSE will offer mentorship and deliver lectures to deepen students\u2019 financial and business understanding.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Workshops and Innovation Challenges<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> Platforms for students to apply their skills in entrepreneurial problem-solving and innovation.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Support for JA Company Program<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> Continued engagement with JA\u2019s flagship program that teaches students to start and manage real businesses.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Looking Ahead<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to empowering the next generation of financially literate, entrepreneurial, and work-ready youth.
