For the seventh year in a row, <\/b>JA Worldwide has been named one of the world\u2019s ten most impactful social-good organizations<\/b><\/a>, earning the #5 spot in the 2025 ranking by Swiss-based thedotgood<\/i>.<\/b><\/p>

The annual ranking\u2014which began in 2012 under the name NGO Advisor<\/i>\u2014honors the most influential and innovative organizations in the global social-good sphere. In 2021, NGO Advisor<\/i> rebranded as thedotgood<\/i> to reflect a broader view of purpose-driven organizations. Recognizing that terms like \u201cNGO\u201d and \u201cnonprofit\u201d no longer fully capture the energy and direction of today\u2019s changemakers, thedotgood<\/i> champions the growing ecosystem of SGOs (social-good organizations) that prioritize sustainable impact over traditional metrics.<\/p>

\u201cFrom responding to humanitarian crises to focusing on development and advocacy efforts in tandem,\u201d said thedotgood<\/i> in a recent release, \u201cthe boundaries of the sector certainly have been moving and evolving, and are now somewhat blurred and perhaps irrelevant in keeping pace with continuous and rapid changes in our communities. JA Worldwide has risen steadily in the rankings over the last several years\u2014moving from #7 (2019\u20132021) to #6 (2022) to #5 (2023\u20132025). The rankings evaluate organizations across multiple dimensions, including holistic innovation, people-centered governance, global reach, and long-term impact.
