Bell Jr. is the Manager of Diversity &amp; Inclusiveness Procurement at\u00a0EY LLP.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1526\" src=\"https:\/\/cms.ja-africa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/lorenzo.jpg\" width=\"448\" height=\"216\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prior to Joining EY, Mr. Bell and the Johnson Control Global Supplier Diversity and Business Development Team was responsible for spending more than $1.5 billion dollars with diverse owned businesses.\u00a0 Mr. Bell was responsible for creating and implementing the global supplier diversity strategy across multiple divisions, lines of business, and markets. He developed processes, policies, and tool to create and grow their company-wide Prime Supplier 2nd Tier Diverse Spend Reporting and Small Business Utilization Programs.\u00a0 For more than 15 years he has created and championed policies, processes, and programs to develop and sustain partnerships with diverse businesses enterprises while increasing company revenue in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and South Africa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mr. Bell has successfully launched company-wide supplier diversity programs for several Fortune 500 Corporations and has led multiple executive education, capacity building, and Mentor Prot\u00e9g\u00e9 programs to help women and minorities develop their businesses. In addition has 14 years\u2019 experience as a strategic sourcing and supply chain manager in the Manufacturing, Healthcare, Professional Services, and Construction \/ Facilities Management industries.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mr. Bell also served eight years as a Petty Officer in the United States Navy and Naval Reserve. Received his BA and MBA from Concordia University and recently served as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the New York and New Jersey Minority Supplier Development council.
