The initial phase of the program is being implemented in <strong>TVET<\/strong>, specifically targeting <strong>Level 4 and Level 5<\/strong> students. This pilot phase allows for focused delivery and learning, with plans to expand to general education schools.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through this collaboration, SET4LYF will expand to selected schools across <strong>Rubavu, Musanze, Kicukiro, Gasabo, Kamonyi, Bugesera, Nyanza, Huye, Rwamagana, and Kayonza.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Simi Nwogugu, CEO of Junior Achievement Africa, noted that preparing young people for the future requires more than classroom learning. She emphasized the importance of structured programs that combine financial education, practical application, and real-world exposure to help students build confidence and make informed life decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingrid Karangwayire, Executive Secretary of BK Foundation, said the collaboration reflects BK Foundation\u2019s focus on building strong financial foundations for young people. She highlighted the importance of exposing students to real-world learning environments while strengthening financial awareness and entrepreneurial thinking. She added that initiatives like SET4LYF help young people develop clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of direction as they plan their futures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mentorship will be delivered through BK Foundation\u2019s <strong>Next Gen Youth Mentorship Program,<\/strong> mobilizing <strong>80 mentors<\/strong> from across <strong>BK Group subsidiaries<\/strong>. These professionals will support students through guided interactions, enterprise coaching, and exposure sessions designed to bridge classroom learning with real-life experiences. The partnership will also include a BK Foundation Career Day, offering students direct engagement with professionals and insights into future pathways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Junior Achievement Africa in Rwanda will oversee program delivery, including curriculum implementation, school coordination, and impact monitoring. The organization will also manage mentor integration, partner visibility, and structured reporting to track learning outcomes and program reach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BK Foundation and Junior Achievement Africa in Rwanda share a commitment to inclusive access.
