On Friday, Junior Achievement Zimbabwe (JA Zimbabwe), in partnership with En Media, hosted the Boys to Men workshop, a transformative mentorship program designed to equip young boys with the skills and mindset to navigate societal challenges. The event saw an impressive turnout, with over 180 boys from 16 schools participating in open discussions on critical issues such as substance abuse, societal pressures, purpose-driven leadership, and career development.
The workshop provided a safe space for young men to reflect on their struggles, find support, and commit to becoming responsible and empowered members of their communities. Through engaging conversations, the boys recognized their ability to resist negative influences and take control of their futures. Sessions focused on healthy masculinity, self-awareness, and empathy, emphasizing the importance of making informed choices and setting clear life goals.
