The Big Sister Program is designed to enrich and empower girls between the ages of 14 and 18 from public secondary schools, equipping them with life skills that will enhance their confidence and leadership potential. At the inaugural sessions held at Wesley Girls High School and Lagos City College, the program addressed crucial topics such as self-esteem, career planning, financial responsibility, personal well-being, and navigating peer influence.
